ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has given a representation before the second respondent on 09.06.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner has not co-operated for the enquiry. If the petitioner co-operates with the enquiry, the said enquiry will be completed within two weeks.

4.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
