ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.26 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 pending on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioners. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed before the Mahila Court, Trichy on 29.08.2024 through e-filing No.LTN:20230000567C202400017.
3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
