(Order of the Court was made byS.Vimala,J.,) This petition has been filed, seeking direction to the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely, Ajin, S/o.Chandra, aged about 28 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel on either side that the detenu, who was allegedly found missing from the time of cyclone by name 'Okhi', has returned home and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
