O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.269 of 2015, dated 16.10.2015 and file the final report before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that after investigation, the respondent Police has closed the case in Crime No.269 of 2015, as mistake of fact and filed the closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur on .18.10.2015 and the Referred Charge Sheet notice has also been served on the defacto complainant on 19.10.2015.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate

(Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
