Prayer in WMP(MD).NO.14124 of 2024 :- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Contitution of India, to issue any writ or a writ more particularly a writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorari to call for the impugned order as passed by the 1st Respondent dated 17.05.2023 under reference Proc.No.17523/A6/VIC/2023/CE(MDU) and quash the same. ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.B.Vijaykarthikeyan, Advocate for the Petitioner and none appeared for the respondents, this Court made the following order:
O R D E R
This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" to extend the time to pass final orders in the disciplinary enquiry against the respondent as stipulated in the order dated 01.07.2024 made in W.P. (MD) No.14124 of 2024.
2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the present writ petition, this Court by an order dated 01.07.2024, directed the petitioners herein to pass orders on the proceedings initiated against the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the learned counsel
for the petitioners sought time for a further time for a period of one month to dispose the said case.
3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to pass final orders in the disciplinary enquiry proceedings initiated against the respondent as stipulated in the order dated 01.07.2024 made in W.P.(MD) No.14124 of 2024, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
