ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order of the Palani Sub Divisional Magistrate and Sub Collector Proceedings in M.C.No.166/2019/A7, dated 03.06.2019 and release the Detenue namely Madhan Kumar, who was detained in Sub Jail, Palani. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents has represented that already the said Madhan Kumar died, after releasing from the Sub Jail, Palani and thereby, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admitted the said facts.

3.In view of the same, this criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
