ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM , J.] The petitioner is the brother of the detenu who has been produced before this Court. The detenu states that she is studying M.Phil degree and has married her distant relative who has completed 10th Standard. The detenu further states that her husband is working in a company and drawing salary about Rs.25,000/- per month.

2.When we questioned the petitioner who is the brother of the detenu, he states that the said person to whom the detenu claims to have been married, is only working as a driver and he has verified the same and the petitioner is very much worried about the plight of his sister. Nevertheless, the detenu being a major and she on her own volition residing along with her husband, it cannot be construed that she is under illegal detention.
