Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allow the petitioner for running Learning Support Centres to function for existing students admitted through valid Memorandum of Understanding upto the year 2019-20 for payment of fees and other charges through ID portal and to issue Degree Certificate for the students already issued with Course Completion Certificate, Mark Statement and Provisional Certificate, in consideration of representation submitted by the Petitioner Trust, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents herein to allow the Petitioner Trust to run Learning Support Centres for the existing students, who were admitted based upon a valid Memorandum of Understanding upto the year 2019-2020. 2/5
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents University submitted that all the students, who are admitted in the study centre, have passed out and Certificate have also been issued to them. In case, if any one of the individual student has not received a Certificate, if they apply, Certificate would be issued on verification of the records.
3. In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
