This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty in the Melur Branch of the first respondent corporation based on the transfer order passed by the second respondent in REF: Nirvaham/A4/14965/2015 dated 04.09.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was permitted to join duty and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the said statement, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
