PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent police to register a FIR in the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.05.2018 in C.S.R.No.154 of 2018 and act in accordance with law.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, he made a complaint against the proposed accused before the respondent. But, so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that similar complaint has been preferred on the earlier occasion and the same was closed. Now, same set of allegations made in the present complaint. Therefore, the same was closed with an advise to the parties to approach the concerned Court, seeking appropriate remedy. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court cannot entertain the Criminal Original Petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the respondent is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
