To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned List of multipurpose health supervisor (Health Inspector GR-1) Eligible for promotion as BHS/NMS-Panel year 2019-2020 in R.NO.3232/MP1V/E1/2020 (Annexure) dated 22.12.2020 published by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and direct the 2nd respondent to publish a fresh list of candidates for multipurpose health supervisor (Health Inspector GR-1) Eligible for promotion as BHS/NMS-Panel Year 20192020 based on the service seniority Number. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 24.02.2021, made in W.P.(MD)No.3957 of 2021.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for State appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent has passed an order in proceeding R.No.27590/MPIV/S1/2021, dated 24.04.2021.
