Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for lives and limbs of the petitioner and his family members as well as the petitioner's property to measure the four boundaries based on the complaint made by him before the respondents 1 and 2 on 01.02.2016.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking police protection for lives and limbs of the petitioner and his family members as well as the petitioner's property to measure the four boundaries based on the complaint made by him before the respondents 1 and 2 on 01.02.2016.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has appear before the respondent police on 13.02.2019 and gave a statement that the dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party has been solved amicably in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

year 2018 itself and he has also stated that in view of the same, no further action is required in this case and he has also produced the copy of the statement given by the petitioner before this Court. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as no further order is required.
