(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala,J.,) This petition has been filed, seeking direction to the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely, Vivek Anandh, S/o.Bala Sundar, aged about 22 years and set him at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel on either side that the detenu was already secured and produced before the Kotturpuram Police Station.
