2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that so far, five witnesses have been examined and some of the witnesses are yet to be examined and they need some more time to file the final report. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the concerned Court, either way, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
