PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the Judicial Magistrate No. I Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level Madurai to expedite the trial proceedings relating to S.T.C.No.133/2012 pending on its file within a stipulated period prescribed by this Court.

This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, FTC (Magistrate Level), Madurai, to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.133 of 2012.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Madurai, to complete the proceedings in S.T.C.No.133 of 2012 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
