The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking police protection for the celebration of Chithirai Festival to be held on 13.04.2024 and 14.04.2024 in Arulmigu Alagiyanatchi Ambal Temple in Kumarapettai Village, Sirukudalpatti Sekaram, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. This Court by order dated 10.04.2024 referred the matter for Mediation and also appointed a Senior Counsel Ms.J.Anandhavalli, as Mediator.

3. The learned counsel on either side submits that the issue has been amicably settled between the parties and they have also filed a memo of compromise, dated 11.04.2024.
