ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] The petitioner is the son of the detenu, who has filed this petition on the premise that the detenu is in the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 7.

2.Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the detenu was produced before this Court. The petitioner is also present before this Court along with his brother and sister. On enquiry, the detenu would state that only in order to grab money from him, he was brutally attacked by his relatives, which was instigated by his wife and therefore, he is not willing to live along with his wife or with his sons. As he is the person aged about 60 years, there is no reason to discard his statement. 3.In view of the above, recording the statement of the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and as the detenu is a major, he is set at liberty.
