ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. not known of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government counsel that the matter is pending before the social welfare officer. Till now no First Information Report has been registered.

3. As and when the First Information Report is registered against the petitioner, he shall be given notice under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C., by the respondent police. That will give some breathing time to move this Court for anticipatory bail.

4. With these observations, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
