ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506 (ii) of I.P.C. r/w Section 4 of the Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.79 of 2018. They are figuring as Accused Nos.2 and 3.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.In this case, the de facto complainant suffered fracture in the hip and she is still in hospital. She would definitely require medical expenses. The petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Crime No.79 of 2018 before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. The de facto complainant is entitled to withdraw the said amount. The respondent Police is directed to inform the de facto complainant about this.

4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Court, Thiruvadanai and on their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
