2. On the point of quantum of compensation, point has been raised. There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the appellant/petitioner is directed to deposit 75% of the award amount along with interest at 7.5% p.a., to the credit of CMA(MD) No.1090 of 2023 before the Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated, without further reference to this Court.
