O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.ka.No.6335/2019/sa.pa, dated 29.04.2021 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.03.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they have already handed over the case bundle along with change of vakalat, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and posted the matter on 28.03.2024. Subsequently, on 29.04.2024, despite printing the name of the petitioner, he has not turned up, the matter was adjourned to 04.06.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, (i.e.,04.06.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
