[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The sale notice dated 07.03.2025 issued by the first respondent is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2. Mr.M.L.Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the Bank would submit that no sale took place pursuant to the impugned notice. Thus, the cause does not exist.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that several other proceedings are pending.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Bank that no sale took place pursuant to impugned notice, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
