: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from widening the SH-44, Tamil Nadu State Highways Road, by removing the residential house and lands of the petitioners, for an extent of 00.00.62 Hectares in each Survey Nos.151/3 & 151/4, at Nakkalamuthan Patti Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Tuticorin District and direct the respondents to change the course of widening of SH 44, Tamil Nadu State Highways Road on the Western side of the existing road, being the Natham Poramboke Land in Survey No.135, at Nakkalamuthan Patti Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Tuticorin District.
