PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue a directing to transfer the investigation to the complaint dated 12.03.2022 and 21.04.2022 to some of the competent officer other than the 3rd respondent under the submission of the 2nd respondent with law and within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation of the complaint dated 12.03.2022 and 21.04.2022 to some of the competent officer other than the 3rd respondent under the submission of the 2nd respondent with law and within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the jurisdiction police.
