Criminal Appeal is filed under section 104(A)(2) of the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1/2016, to call for the entire records relating to the order dated 23.04.2018 made in Cr.M.P.No.1146/2018 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli and to set aside the same as arbitrary and consequently to release the appellants on bail. ORDER: This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the affidavit and material papers filed, and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. C.R.PONNUTHAI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.CHANDRASEKARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order: The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court on this appellant in Crl.A.(MD)No.230 of 2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court from 25.05.2018.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 25.05.2018.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
