ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to afford sufficient police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners and also for their properties in R.S.No.125/1, 125/2, 125/4 and 106/17 of Kurunthancode A Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari against the 3rd and 4th respondents and their men.

W.P (MD).No.8809 of 2022 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioners, dated 20.04.2022 after issuing notice to the petitioners and the respondents 4 and 5 and dispose the same on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
