PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.160 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 22.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation)Act, 1967 in Crime No.160 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have illegally transported river sand by using four wheeler. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is in custody from 22.04.2021. Therefore, he seeks bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent strongly opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioner is having 4 previous cases, in which three cases are mines and minerals cases.

5.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
