ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.30 of 2016 pending on the file of the 5th respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent Police have altered the FIR and the case is now investigated for the offence under Section 306 of IPC and the altered FIR has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai on 05.10.2018.

3.In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
