This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry by way of interfering in the money dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent, earlier they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the main petition itself was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and recording the above said submission of the 2nd respondent that the main petition itself was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
