2012 on the file of the sixth respondent and entrust the same to the fifth respondent for investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedachandur, Dindigul District, within the time stipulated by this Court pertaining to the custodial death of the petitioner's son - A.Raja (26/12) and initiate necessary departmental action against the Respondent No.7 to 12 to within the time stipulated by this Court and consequently, direct the first respondent to provide adequate compensation of Rs.
(Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) to the victim's family due to the custodial death committed by the respondents 7 to 12.
