ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case against proposed accused mentioned in the petitioner's complaints dated 08.06.2018 and 11.06.2018. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same was closed on 25.06.2018 and to that effect, a copy of the closure report has also been produced before the Court, wherein it is stated that based on the earlier complaint given by the petitioner in respect of the same property, already an First Information Report has been registered and if the allegation made in the present complaint against the persons mentioned therein is true, their names will be included in the First Information Report.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
