Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the selection list of eligible candidates dated 28.04.2021 for oral test in the form of interview which is published in the website of 1st respondent, insofar as non-inclusion of petitioner's name for oral test scheduled to hold from 08.06.2021 to 11.06.2021 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner for oral test in the form of interview as schedule from 08.06.2021 to 11.06.2021 for the post of Motor Vehicle Inspectors Grade-II, in the Tamilnadu Transport Subordinate Service, 2013-2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners are aspirants of Motor Vehicle Inspector Post. However, their applications were rejected. Challenging the said rejection, they have filed these present writ petitions.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though the petitioners belong to different categories, they have made application for the post of Motor Vehicle Inspector. Subsequently, this Court in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.No.12776 of 2020 etc., batch, elaborately dealt with each and every case and passed orders on 10.02.2023 and in view of the decision rendered by this Court in the said batch of writ petitions, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh representation and issue a direction to the respondents to examine the each and every case and pass orders in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12776 of 2020 etc., batch.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to make an appropriate representation before the first respondent along with a copy of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.12776 of 2020 etc., batch dated 10.02.2023. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to examine each and every case and if the decision of this Court in W.P.No.12776 of 2020 etc., batch, is applicable to the petitioners, pass orders granting benefits to them, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
