Hence, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) to the credit of M.C.No.127 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirapalli on or before 13.09.2019.

2.Post the matter on 16.09.2019.

3.The Registry is directed to remove the the caption ''for dismissal''.
