ORDER

The revision petitioner / husband has filed this revision to direct the Judge, Family Court, Madurai to expedite the proceedings pending in HMOP.No.1129 of 2018, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since this revision has been filed only seeking early disposal no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. According to the petitioner, he has filed CMA only against interim maintenance and the same was dismissed on 20.04.2022. Already counter filed by the respondent in the HMOP and the same is posted for enquiry. Further, there is no stay to proceed with the case. In such circumstances, he has filed the present Revision seeking early disposal of the case.

4. Since the matter is pending from 2018, this Court is inclined to direct the Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose the HMOP.No.1129 of 2018, pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
