JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This Writ Appeal is directed against the order made in W.P. (MD)No.20334 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025.

The appellant/writ petitioner challenged the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 06.07.2025 which was the result of the direction of this Court in a writ petition filed by the appellant to consider his representation. The grievance of the appellant appears to be with regard to seniority and other service benefits. As the same was not accepted by the department, he moved the writ petition to consider his representation. Even thereafter, he could not succeed. Later, he has not only challenged that order of the authority, but also sought a direction against the private respondent herein. The learned Single Judge clearly finding that the employee in service matters as a matter of right cannot seek such a 2/5

direction, dismissed the writ petition, against which, the writ petitioner has filed this appeal.

3. We have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the order of the learned Single Judge.

4. The action is sought by the petitioner only on the ground that he has not not been extended with benefits as he expected. The very conduct of the petitioner appears to be vindictive in nature. Hence, we do not find any merits in this writ appeal.
