ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the respondents 1 & 2 not to make any demand for carriage fee for transmission of signals of the petitioner's private local channel transmitted through petitioner's MSO Network in the name and style of "Sangam Southern TV and Sangam Anmigam TV" at Agastheeswaram Taluk and surrounding areas at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a dispute regarding the collection of Carriage Charges. 3.Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned counsel appearing for the 1 & 2 respondents/Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that if the petitioner has any grievance regarding the collection of Carriage Charges, he may make necessary representation before the respondents and that will be considered by the respondents. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the 1 and 2 respondents, if the petitioner has any grievance in respect of collection of Carriage Charges, he is directed to make necessary representation before the respondents and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as any rival claimant, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
