ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to recover a sum of Rs.47,00,000/- from the Horticulture Department towards the consultancy fee of the petitioner, who is an Architect.

2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, an order has been passed on 10.08.2022, seeking to recover Rs.14,88,940/- from the writ petitioner on the ground that an excess amount has been remitted to the account of the writ petitioner. The present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Tamil Nadu Horticulture Development Agency, dated 10.08.2022.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed with the above liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
