PRAYER IN CMA(MD)No.SR16332 of 2018:- Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to enhance the award of compensation passed M.C.O.P.No.352 of 2014 dated 17.03.2017 on the file of Principal District Court and Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dindigul and enhance the award amount to the Appellant by allowing this appeal and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.NAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.J.S.MURALI learned counsel for R2,and for R1 is not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 236 days in filing the appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent. There is no representation for the first respondent.
3. Considering the contention of the learned counsel on either side, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to Rojavanam, Home for Old Aged, Melur Road, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Uthangudi-Ulaganeri, Madurai -625 107 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court. On such payment, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the appeal for admission.
