ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, ACJ.] This Review Application has been filed as against the order dated 06.03.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.1103 of 2019.

2. According to the review petitioner, he is possessing the approval plan for the first floor of the building and also placed before the Municipality authorities concerned, but the said fact has not been note of by this Court at the time of disposal of the writ petition and therefore, he seeks liberty to submit the relevant building planning permission to the authorities concerned and the same shall be considered by the authority concerned and if any violation is noted, necessary action may be taken for demolition of the offending construction.

3. In the light of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the review applicant, this review application stands disposed of with liberty to the review petitioner to submit the relevant building planning permission and other documents to the authorities concerned and the same shall be considered by the authorities and if any violation is noted, necessary action may be taken for demolition of the offending construction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
