ORDER
This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 24.12.2019 filed for issuance of Joint Patta in his favour in respect of the property comprised in New T.S.No.1292/5 Old T.S.No.1292, Ward-1 (New Ward-A), Block No.39, situated at Melur Village, Srirangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2. It is informed that a suit for partition is pending between the parties. Therefore, this Court is of the view that till a finality is reached in the suit, the representation cannot be considered. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
