This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to execute a warrant against the second respondent, issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi in Crl.M.P.No.10081 of 2014 in M.C.No.46 of 2010.

2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the husband of the first petitioner / second respondent in this case was arrested by the respondent police in execution of the non-bailabel warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi in Crl.M.P.No.10081 of 2014 in M.C.No.46 of 2010, on 25.03.2016 and has been released on bail.
