PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A.2 & A.3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 5 (l) and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 9 and 10 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, in Crime No.1 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners, who are the parents of the first accused, were ordered to be deleted and that they have filed a report before the concerned Court, dated 09.02.2022.
