O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have not harassed the petitioner and not even called him, and no enquiry was conducted as against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is liable to be dismissed.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the respondents have also denied the alleged harassment and recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed.
