O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala,J.,) The petitioner, who is the husband of detenu, has moved this petition for a direction to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to produce his wife, namely, Muthumari, aged about 30 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. According to the petitioner / husband of detenu, his wife/ detenu herein, namely, Muthumari, who is aged about 30 years, is found missing from 17.11.2017. A complaint has been lodged by the petitioner herein to the 2nd respondent police on 18.11.2017 and it is allegd that no further action has been taken and hence, he is before this Court with this petition.

3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through the respondent police has produced the detenu before this Court.

4. On being enquired the detenu, she has stated that due to difference of opinion with the petitioner/husband, she went out of the house and today, she expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner/husband.

5. Recording the said submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
