ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners along with the other persons has filed Crl.O.P(MD).No.14925 of 202 seeking the very same relief and the same was allowed by this Court. Thereafter, the petitioners filed Crl.M.P(MD).No.11088 of 2022 to extend the time that was also allowed by this Court. Even, thereafter, the petitioners have not complied the direction of this Court. Now, the present petition has been filed by suppressing all those facts.

2. In view of the above submission, this Court feels that it is sufficient reason for rejecting the petitioners' request. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
