ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this public interest litigation seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 4 to consider the Petitioner's representations dated 14.08.2015 and 28.09.2015.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3.It is seen that the relief sought for is so innocuous and there is no details in respect of the illegal patta transfer alleged in the petition. In such view of the mater, we could not grant the relief sought for. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
