RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension of three weeks time granted in the order made in CRL.OP(MD)No.13442 of 2020 dated 26.11.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.DINESH.K., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute the sureties in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13442 of 2020, dated 26.11.2020.

2.This Court, by order dated 26.11.2020 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13442 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.
