*********** [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter Alagi @ Devinila went missing, pursuant to which, on the complaint given by her, a case in Crime No.2 of 2017 has been registered on 25.01.2017 for "woman missing". While so, the petitioner filed the above Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, M/s.M.Saravanarani, Inspector of Police, Keelachevalpatti Police Station, is present. The petitioner is present. The defacto complainant herself is present and when enquired, the detenu told us that she was born on 28.05.1996 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has completed B.Sc., in Computer Science and that she was in love with Pandi, the third respondent herein and she got married to him on 24.01.2017 and that she has been living in Chennai. She has also stated that she is in the family way.
