This Criminal Revision has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I at Nagercoil in C.M.P. No.1451 of 2019 dated 08.04.2019

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that already the main case itself was disposed of by the trial court and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.
