This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.02.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate cor the respondents.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that on the complaint dated 17.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.04.2016.
